Biography
2009-10: Elder competed in the 50-yard freestyle and 100-yard freestyle. She has a season-best time of 28.08 seconds in the 50 free and 1:02.73 in the 100 free, both times coming in competition against Bloomsburg.
2008-09: Elder swam in freestyle, butterfly and individual medley events.
2007-08: As a freshman, Elder competed in the freestyle and butterfly events. She swam a season-best 1"08.13 in the 100-yard butterfly and posted a top time of 2:37.99 in the 200-yard butterfly. Elder's best time in the 50-yard freestyle was 27.82 and she posted a season-best 2:12.76 in the 200.
High School: A 2007 graduate of Drury High School, Elder was coached by Cheryl Ryan and Tarah Doyle. An all-county performer, she earned four varsity letters and served as team captain her senior year. Elder also lettered as a member of the cross country team.
Personal: A sport management major, she is the daughter of Bill and Yvonne Elder.
