2010-11: Harness was Ithaca's representative on the Empire 8 Sportswoman of the Year Team, which recognizes student-athletes for competing with honor and integrity. She posted a perfect 7-0 singles record in Empire 8 matches, and was 11-13 overall in singles play. |

2009-10: Harness was a regular contributor to the Ithaca lineup and racked up 15 total wins in her first season at Ithaca. She was 11-5 in singles play, mainly competing at sixth singles. She added a 4-1 record in doubles matches. |

2008-09: Harness attended Kalamazoo Valley Community College and played second singles for coach Jim Van Zant. She earned all-state honors from the NJCAA.
High School: A 2008 graduate of Allegan High School, Harness played four years of varsity tennis for coach Jen Aldrich. She was a two-time state semifinalist individually and played on two state runner-up teams. Harness earned all-conference and all-county honors. She also lettered in cross country and indoor and outdoor track & field.
Personal: A health and physical education major, Kelsey is the daughter of Kevin and Kim Harness.
