Ithaca College Athletics

2010-11: Ryan posted a career-best round of 88 in the opening round of the ECAC Metro Division II/III Championship and finished 15th in a strong field of 24 players with a two-round total of 185 at Blue Heron Hills Country Club. Ryan was 13th at the William Smith Invitaitonal and 14th in the Empire 8 Championships. She played in all seven events for the Bombers during the fall season.

2009-10: Ryan participated in seven events for Ithaca, including the Empire 8 Championship where she placed 11th overall among players who completed all four rounds. Ryan's season-best score of 101 came on two occasions, both at Country Club of Ithaca – one in a tri-meet against Le Moyne and Cornell's club team and the other in the third round of the Empire 8 Championship.

2008-09: Ryan participated with Ithaca's pre-varsity team as a sophomore.

High School: Ryan earned a total of seven varsity letters in cross country and indoor and outdoor track & field. She was a team captain in all three sports and finished 12th in the state meet in the indoor 1,000 meter run.

Personal: An exercise science major, Lauren is the daughter of Michael and Bonnie Ryan.
