2009: Bixby did not play as a junior.
2008: Bixby played in 13 games as a sophomore, starting five. She ranked second on the team with 25 ground balls, while winning nine draw controls and causing nine turnovers. Bixby picked up seven ground balls in a win over Stevens, while also forcing a career-best three turnovers against the Ducks.
Career Statistics
High School: a 2006 graduate of Germantown Friends, Bixby was coached by Katie Bergstrom. She was named team MVP as a senior and served as team captain for two years. Bixby earned all-league honors three times.
Personal: A clinical science/physical therapy major, she is the daughter of Bill and Sandy Bixby. She is also a member of Ithaca’s basketball team, and is a three-time all-Empire 8 player.
