2010 Game-by-Game Statistics
2009: Fitzgerald was a second-team all-Empire 8 player as a junior after setting career highs in every category. She started every game for the Bombers, tallying 21 goals and two assists. She scored a goal in each of Ithaca’s final four games of the season, including a career-high five in a win over Alfred. Fitzgerald had six multi-goal games on the season. She also recorded 24 ground balls, 24 draw controls and 13 caused turnovers. Fitzgerald had three games with four ground ball pickups, matching her career high.
2009 Game-by-Game
2008: Fitzgerald played in every game as a sophomore, starting six. She recorded 12 goals and three assists, and also picked up 19 ground balls. She set new career-highs with four goals and four ground balls in the Bomber’s win over Elmira. Fitzgerald also caused 10 turnovers and won 19 draw controls.
2007: Fitzgerald earned honorable mention to the Empire 8 all-star team after playing in every game. She led Ithaca’s freshmen with 18 ground balls and ranked second with nine caused turnovers. Fitzgerald scored two goals in Ithaca’s win over RIT and also picked up goals in the Wells and Alfred wins. She picked up a season-best four ground balls against #16 William Smith.
Career Statistics
High School: A 2006 graduate of William H. Hall High School, Fitzgerald was coached by Kathy Walling. She was a first-team all-league and all-state selection and earned four letters.
Personal: A Spanish major, she is the daughter of Carol Fitzgerald.
