Ithaca College Athletics

2008-09: Blazak earned her first All-American honor by finishing 12th in the 100-yard breaststroke at the NCAA Championships. She was a member of the UNYSCSA and Empire 8 championship team in the 400-yard medley relay, and earned a total of seven all-state and all-conference honors. Her times in the 100- and 200-yard breaststroke rank as the second-fastest in Ithaca history. Blazak’s 400 IM time of 4:44.13 was the fastest of the season.

2007-08: Blazak was one of the team's top breaststroke competitors. She was the Empire 8 runner-up in the 100-yard breaststroke and placed third at the NYSWCAA Championships. Blazak also earned all-state honors in the 200-yard breaststroke and as part of the 800-yard freestyle relay, finishing eighth in both events.

High School: A 2007 graduate of Quaker Valley High School, Blazak was coached by David Long. She earned four letters and served as team captain.

Personal: A culture and communications major, she is the daughter of Chris and Anne Blazak.
