Biography

2009 Game By Game Stats

2008: South ranked second on the Bombers with four goals and finished fourth on the team in scoring with nine points. He played in 15 games and made 10 starts. Three of his four goals were game-winning goals and they came in victories over Hunter, Utica and RIT. He had an assist in a win over Cortland and also scored in the season-opening victory over Medgar Evers.

2008 Game By Game Stats

2007: South’s three goals were tied for second on the team. He appeared in all but one game and made a pair of starts. His first career start came in the season-opening win at Keene State. South scored his first goal of the season in that victory and added goals in the wins over Manhattanville and Alfred.

2006: South saw action in 11 games as a forward and three games in goal for the Bombers. He had a goal and an assist in a win over Coe and finished the year with three points. He made three saves in 112 minutes in net, including a season-high two stops against Cortland.

High School: A 2006 graduate of Aptos High School, South was coached by Isiars Bardales and Paul Holcher. He earned two varsity letters as a member of the soccer team and earned all-conference and all-region honors. South was also the recipient of the team’s defensive MVP award. He earned an additional varsity letter as a member of the lacrosse team.

Personal: A physical therapy major, he is the son of David and Mary South.
