2009 Statistics

2009: Taylor competed on vault and uneven bars for the Bombers as a junior and was part of Ithaca’s vault and bars lineups at both the ECAC and NCGA championship meets. Taylor ranked tied for second in scoring average on vault with an average of 9.2 over eight meets. She scored a season-best 9.4 to place third on vault in the dual-meet win over Brockport to start the year and scored 9.0 or better in seven of eight meets. She averaged 8.51 on uneven bars in eight meets, with a season-high score of 9.1 at Temple. Taylor placed fourth on bars with a score of 9.025 at the Ithaca quadrangular meet.

2008 Statistics

2008: Taylor competed on the vault, floor exercise, and uneven bars. She averaged a team-leading 9.286 in nine meets on the vault, with a season-best score of 9.525 to place second in a tri-meet with Southern Connecticut and Rhode Island College. She also averaged 9.025 in three meets on the floor and 8.175 in two meets on the bars.

2007 Statistics

2007: Taylor qualified for the NCGA finals in the vault and placed 16th in that event at the ECAC Championships (9.525).

High School: A 2006 graduate of San Pasqual High School, Taylor was coached by Ellie Gerber and Chad Morgan in club gymnastics competition.

Personal: A clinical science/physical therapy major, she is the daughter of Frank and Nina Taylor.
