Biography

 
2007: Ruegger made five appearances as a reserve midfielder. Ithaca went 4-1 in those games.

2006: Ruegger played in 10 games off the Bomber bench, helping Ithaca record wins in each game including nine by shutout.

2005: Ruegger came off the bench to make six appearances in the Bomber midfield. Ithaca was undefeated in those six games and allowed only two goals in 560 minutes.
 
 
 
 

 
 
 

High School: A graduate of Metuchen High School, she was coached by Val Gazda, a 1984 Ithaca graduate who lettered four times in basketball. Ruegger captained the team as a senior and was an all-county selection. She also lettered in track & field.

Personal: An exercise science/athletic training major, she is the daughter of James and Sheila Ruegger.
