2008 Women's Soccer Roster
Biography
2007: Feldman became the program’s career scoring leader and – despite missing three games – set school records with 19 goals and 42 points. She was named a second-team all-American and earned first-team a—region, all-state and all-conference recognition. Feldman repeated as Empire 8 Offensive Player of the Year and was a two-time league player of the week. She tied a school record with three goals in Ithaca’s win over Stevens and recorded two-goal games in wins against Cortland, Geneseo, Scranton and Skidmore. Her goal against #2 Messiah in the NCAA quarterfinals was just the sixth surrendered all year by the Falcons. Feldman was a second-team pick to the District I all-academic team
2006: Feldman won the Empire 8’s inaugural Offensive Player of the Year award after leading the league in points, goals, assists, points per game, goals per game and game-winning goals. She earned first-team recognition on the all-region, all-state and all-conference team. Feldman’s 39 points, 14 goals and 11 assists all set Bomber records; her five game-winning goals were one short of her 2005 school record. She recorded two-goal efforts in wins over Hartwick and Clarkson and posted career-best totals of five points and three assists in the Morrisville win. Feldman scored four points – including the game-winning goal – against Brockport in the NCAA playoffs. She raised her career totals to 24 goals, 18 assists and 66 points – good for sixth, fifth and fourth, respectively, on the program’s all-time lists.
2005: Feldman was a first-team choice to the all-state and all-conference teams and was named Empire 8 Rookie of the Year. The conference’s only player to score a point against every league opponent, she set Bomber freshman records with 10 goals, seven assists and 27 points. Her point total ranked third on Ithaca’s single-season list and her 10 goals tied for fifth. She picked up a point in a school-record 10 straight games, collecting 18 points as Ithaca went 9-1-0 in that span. Feldman was named Empire 8 Player of the Week twice and recorded two-goal games in wins over St. John Fisher and Alfred. She was named Offensive MVP at Plattsburgh’s Cardinal Classic after assisting on both Bomber goals. Three of her team-leading six game-winning goals came in 1-0 victories: against RIT and in overtime wins over Utica and Elmira.
High School: A graduate of Lynbrook High School, Feldman was coached by Doreen Combs. She set school records for goals in a game (five), season (29) and career (63) and was an all-conference and all-country pick and served as team captain. She also lettered in basketball and softball.
Personal: A physical education and health major, she is the daughter of Paul and Hildy Feldman. She joined the Bomber softball team last year and earned first-team all-region and all-Empire 8 honors in her first year.
