Biography

2005: Ferguson started all 16 games for the Bombers, 15 as the goalie. Ferguson, who was named an Empire 8 First Team All-Star and the Empire 8 co-Rookie of the Year, ranked second in Division III with a goals-against average of 0.31 and ranked fourth with a save percentage of 0.917. His goals-against average set a team record and his 11 shutouts tied the school record. Ferguson’s save percentage and 10 wins are the seventh-highest marks recorded by a Bomber. Against Alfred, Ferguson became the first Bomber to score a goal while playing the goalie position. He was named Empire 8 Goalie of the Week three times and ECAC Upstate NY Goalie of the Week once.

High School: A graduate of Columbia High School, Ferguson was coached by Roger Seymour.  He was named to the all-New York team and was named player of the year by Fox News, Suburban Council, Section Two, and Times Union.  He also lettered in baseball.

Personal: A business major, he is the son of Frank and Joanne Ferguson.
