2007: Pelesz, a first-team all-region selection, started each of her 40 games played at third base this season and ranked third on the team with a career-best .379 batting average. She had 39 hits, including a team-leading 14 doubles and two home runs, 25 RBI and 25 runs scored. Pelesz was a second-team all-conference selection after batting .414 in 12 Empire 8 games with 12 hits, two home runs, 15 RBI and nine runs scored. She had a 16-game hitting streak that began against Moravian at the NFCA Leadoff Classic and ended in the first game of a doubleheader against Utica. Pelesz went 2-for-4 with a home run and a career-high five RBI in the second game of a doubleheader against Elmira. She went 3-for-six with six RBI and three runs scored as the Bombers swept the Soaring Eagles.
2006: Pelesz stated all 47 games, batting .283 with 39 hits, 34 runs scored, 29 RBI, 13 stolen bases in 14 attempts, five doubles, two triples and three homeruns. She had a .934 fielding percentage, playing primarily at third base, with 135 putouts and 50 assists. She homered and drove in a career-high three RBI in wins over Hartwick, Alfred and Division I Cornell. Pelesz was named the Empire 8 Player of the Week once and was named to the NCAA Regional All-Tournament team.
2005: Pelesz played in 36 games with 32 starts. She batted .253 with 21 hits, 15 runs and 10 RBI. In the second game of a doubleheader against RIT Pelesz went 3-for-3 with a career-high 2 RBI and a run scored.
High School: Pelesz played for Lynn Kane at Hudson High School where she named a first-team all-conference all-star for three years, named a Patroon Top 3 all-star as a senior and was also awarded Hudson Defensive Player of the Year as a senior.
Personal: A health education and physical education major, she is the daughter of Ann and Peter Pelesz.
