Biography
2006-07: Klumpp won the Empire 8 titles in the indoor 55-meter dash and outdoor 100-meter and 200-meter dashes and 400-meter relay. At the outdoor state championships, she earned all-NYSCTC honors in the 100-meter dash (fifth) and 200-meter dash (fourth) and the 400-meter relay (sixth). Klumpp also earned all-state honors with the indoor 800-meter relay (seventh). She was also a state qualifier in the indoor 55-meter dash, 200-meter dash and 1,600-meter relay and qualified for the 100-meter dash and 200-meter dash during the outdoor season.
2005-06: Klumpp won three conference titles and was a six-time all-conference and all-state performer. At the indoor meet, she won the conference title in the 400-meter dash with a time of 63.59, placing her sixth in the state, and was a member of the conference-champion 1,600-meter relay team that also placed fourth at the state meet. She was the conference runner-up and placed fifth in the state as a member of the 800-meter relay team. At the outdoor meet, Klumpp won the conference title and was the state runner-up in the 100-meter dash with a time of 12.55. She was the conference runner-up in the 200-meter dash with a time of 26.79, placing her sixth at the state meet. Klumpp later placed 11th in the 100-meter dash and 19th in the 200-meter dash at the ECAC championships with respective times of 12.88 and 26.97.
2004-05: Klumpp earned all state honors in the 4x100 relay (4th-50.33), 200-meter dash (5th–26.16) and the 400-meter dash (6th-1:01.45) at the NYSCTC outdoor championships. She also won the 100-meter dash with a personal record and an ECAC Qualifying time of 12.75 seconds at the Ithaca Invitational. During the indoor season Klumpp was a part of the 4x200 relay team that placed fifth at the ECAC championships with a mark of 1:48.64. Klumpp was a member of the 800-meter relay team that finished second at the state indoor meet in a school-record time of 1:48.74 and recorded a 10th-place finish in the 55-meter hurdles with a time of 7.75 seconds.
High School: Klumpp was a member of the track & field team at Windsor High School and was coached by Jen Doolittle.
Personal: An exercise science major, she is the daughter of Alan and Lynn Klumpp. Her brother Chris graduated from Ithaca in 2000.
