2010 Game-by-Game Statistics

2009: Garfield started all 16 games for the Bombers, and led the team with 30 draw controls and 27 caused turnovers. She ranked third in the Empire 8 in forced turnovers. Garfield forced a turnover in 11 of her games, including a career-best six against RIT. She also ranked second on the Bombers with 39 ground balls, with a career-high six against Wells. Garfield scored 12 goals on the season. She had multi-goal games against Wells, RPI and Hamilton. Garfield was named to the all-Empire 8 second-team.

2009 Game-by-Game

2008: Garfield appeared in all 17 games, starting all but one. She ranked second on the team with 26 ground balls. She scored nine goals and added five assists. Garfield also won 19 draw controls and caused 10 turnovers. She tied her career-high with five caused turnovers against Rensselaer and also tied a career-high with three points against Elmira. Garfield tallied three ground balls, a draw control and a caused turnover in the Empire 8 playoffs.

2007: Garfield played in all but one game and scored 12 points as a Bomber rookie. She scored three points against Wells in her first collegiate game and matched that total in the Alfred win. Garfield collected season-high totals of four goals, five points, three ground balls and five caused turnovers in the win over RIT. She made her first career start in the upset of #6 Cortland and recorded an assist. She was named to the Empire 8 Presidents’ List following the spring semester.

Career Statistics

High School: A 2006 graduate of The Wheeler School, Garfield was coached by Cali Almy. She was an all-state selection as a junior and senior and earned the coaches’ award twice.

Personal: A clinical health science/physical therapy major, she is the daughter of Seth and Dorothy Garfield.
