Biography
2005: Lumb played in 14 games with 12 starts, finishing fourth on team with 29 points on 22 goals and seven assists. He scored a career-high four goals in the season-opener against Messiah. Against third-ranked Cortland, Lumb matched a personal-best four points on three goals and one assist. He assisted on a career-best two goals in a victory over Oneonta. Lumb collected 20 ground balls, including a personal-high four against Oneonta.
2004: Lumb played in 15 games, getting 13 points on 10 goals and three assists. He scored goals in the Bombers’ final four games, including one goal in an upset victory over Nazareth. Lumb tied
his career-high with two goals in a win over Merchant Marine Academy. He posted his first career assist in a win over St. John Fisher and also added a goal. He collected 15 ground balls, including a career-high three in a loss to Cortland.
2003: Lumb played in 12 games for the Bombers. He scored three goals, including a career-high two in a win over St. John Fisher. Lumb also scored a goal in a win over Utica.
High School: Lumb was a two-year letter winner for coach Steve Crosby at Auburn High School. A first team all-league selection, Lumb was an alternate for the Central lacrosse team at the Empire State Games in 2001.
Personal: A business administration major, he is the son of Kenneth and Donna Lumb.
