Biography
2005-06: Chapman posted a 23-5 record during the fall season, including a 14-3 record in doubles play, earning first-team all-conference honors. She went 5-0 in Empire 8 tournament play, posting doubles and singles wins over St. John Fisher and Nazareth. Chapman was seeded second at first doubles at the NYSWCAA championships, where she won three matches to advance to the championship match. She also advanced to the quarterfinals in the fifth singles bracket. She recorded her 60th career win with a 6-0, 6-1 fifth singles victory against Hartwick.
2004-05: Chapman, a second-team all-conference selection in doubles and an honorable mention selection in singles, played primarily first doubles and third singles. Chapman posted a team-high seven doubles victories. She recorded singles and doubles wins against Utica and RIT in the Empire 8 championships. She also won singles and doubles matches against Elmira and Hartwick. Chapman advanced to the quarterfinals in singles and doubles at the NYSWCAA championships.
2003-04: Chapman, a second-team Empire 8 selection, played primarily at fifth singles and second doubles. She posted a 26-17 overall record, including 14 singles and 12 doubles wins. In her first career dual match, she won singles and doubles matches against Elmira. Chapman won all three singles and doubles matches during the Empire 8 championships. She advanced to the quarterfinals at the NYSWCAA championships. She posted back-to-back singles and doubles wins against Baldwin-Wallace and Wooster in Hilton Head, S.C. Chapman advanced to the semifinals in doubles at the William Smith tournament and the quarterfinals in singles at the St. Lawrence tournament.
High School: A 2003 graduate of Queensbury High School, Chapman was coached by Joe Culver and Denise Troelstra. She was named a Foothills all-star for three straight seasons.
Personal: The daughter of Robert and Julie Chapman, she is a clinical exercise science/athletic training major.
