2004: Scalice was a first-team Empire 8 and ECAC all-star selection and a second-team pick to Football Gazette’s all-region team. He started every game and helped anchor an offensive line that allowed just 12 sacks. He was named the team’s Outstanding Lineman after the Buffalo State, Utica and Cortland wins.

2003: Scalice started all but one game at right guard and earned second-team Empire 8 all-star accolades. He helped anchor a line that allowed one sack or fewer five times in 13 games. Scalice was named Ithaca’s Honorary Offensive Captain after the Utica win and was named the team’s Outstanding Lineman following the victory over St. John Fisher.

2002: Scalice played in seven games as a freshman. He started five straight games at left guard before missing the last three games with an injury. The Ithaca offensive line gave up two sacks or fewer in three of his five starts and helped the Bombers average 183.2 rushing yards per game. Scalice made his first career start in the win at unbeaten St. John Fisher and was named Ithaca’s Hustler of the Week following that game.

High School:
At North Tonawanda High School, Scalice was coached by Eric Jantzi.

Personal: A biology major, he is the son of Don and Carol Scalice.  His brother, Matt, is a freshman with the Bomber program.
