Biography
2006-07: Hart, who missed the first half of the season after spending the fall semester studying abroad, was a NCAA qualifier as a member of the 200; 400-yard medley and 400-freestyle relays. She was a member of the 200-yard freestyle relay team which broke the school, conference and conference championship records. Hart was also a member of the conference runner-up 800-yard freestyle relay team and ranked fifth on the team in scoring. Individually, Hart placed fifth in the 100-yard freestyle, eighth in the 50-yard freestyle and 17th in the 200-yard freestyle at the state meet.
2005-06: Hart was a two-time all-state and four-time all-conference performer as a sophomore and ranked third on the team in scoring with 285.25 points. She was a member of the state and conference champion 200- and 400-yard freestyle relay teams and also won the conference title in with the 200-yard medley relay team. Hart was the E8 runner-up in the 50-yard freestyle, earning second-team honors. She recorded 13 top-three finishes in the 50-, 100- and 200-yard freestyle events and placed in the top 15 in each event at the state championships. Hart was also named to the NYSWCAA all-academic team.
2004-05: Hart was named all-NYSCTC in two individual events and four relays. At the NYSWCAA championships, she was Empire 8 champion in the 100-freestyle, finishing sixth with a time of 54.58. At the RIT Invitational, Hart finished first in the 100- (56.35) and 200-yard (2:02.88) freestyle events. She added a third-place finish in the 50-yard freestyle (26.09), and was named Swimmer of the Meet.
High School: Hart swam for Bradford High School where she was named MVP three times and was a captain for three years as her team won regional championships.
Personal: An integrated marketing cummunications major, she is the daughter of Craig and Neidra Hart.
