Biography
2003-04: Linehan, a first team all-conference selection, swam on the Bombers’ conference- and state-champion 200-yard medley relay team that set a conference record time of 1:50.35, an NCAA B qualifying time. She was a member of the 400-yard medley relay team that finished fifth at the state meet. She finished fourth in the conference and ninth in the state in the 100-yard butterfly in 1:02.59. Linehan was also named to the NYSWCAA all-academic team.
2002-03: Linehan was a member of the 200-yard medley relays that posted second place finishes at conference and state meets. She swam on the 200-yard freestyle relay that finished third in the conference (1:42.50). Linehan placed fifth in the 100-yard butterfly at the conference meet and ninth at the state meet.
2001-02: Linehan swam on the Bombers’ state-champion 200-yard medley relay. She helped the 200-yard freestyle relay team to fourth at the state meet (1:41.68). The 200-yard medley relay and 200-yard freestyle relay teams she was on both won Empire 8 titles. Linehan placed fourth in the conference in the 100-yard butterfly.
High School: At Orchard Park High School, Linehan was coached by Art Aungst.
Personal: The daughter of James and Patricia Linehan, she is a history major.
