Biography

2007: Hodge returns to the Bombers after a one-year hiatus in 2007 and will serve as a team captain during his junior season.


2006: Hodge earned all-conference, all-state, and all-region honors as a sophomore after placing third, 15th and 34th at the Empire 8, NYSCTC and NCAA Regional Championships, respectively. He was among Ithaca’s top finishers in each of the seven races he competed and was the Bombers top finisher at the Oswego Invitational and the conference championship, where he posted a season-best time of 26:08.


2005: Hodge earned first-team all-conference honors after placing seventh at the Empire 8 Championship with a time of 26:28, which was good for 33rd at the NYSCTC Championship. He recorded his personal best time of 26:28 at the Saratoga Invitational. Hodge was in Ithaca’s top-seven in six of the seven races he competed in as a freshman. He was the Bombers’ top finisher at the state championship and was the team’s runner-up at Hamilton, Rensselaer and at the NCAA Regional Championship. Hodge was a recipient of the Edward Rollinson Scholar-Athlete Award as a member of the track & field team.


High School: Hodge ran at Rancocas Valley Regional High School for Ed Moore where he was a two-time county all-star and was also named first-team all-county.


Personal: A television-radio major, he is the son of Vernon Hodge Jr. and E. Tiffany Hodge.
