Zhang made her debut on the novice squad for the fall season. The spring season was cut short after a week of rowing in Gainesville, GA that concluded with a scrimmage against Catholic University. Zhang rowed seven seat in the Novice Eight, contributing to a second-place finish, right behind the IC Third Varsity Eight.
High School
Zhang attended Camden High School, where she competed on the tennis and bowling team...She received the Scholarly Athlete award and was recognized as Second Team All-Star.
Personal
Winnie, a Business Administration major, is the daughter of Ping and Jimmy Zhang.
