High School: Kennedy enjoyed a strong prep career while attending John Champe and competing with the GMS Gymnastics Club...She earned a Coaches Award during her eighth-grade season in 2014...During her freshman year she took home Most Improved honors in 2015...As an upperclassmen, she was named Team MVP in 2016, while she served as a Team Captain each of her final two seasons...Academically, she was a National Honors Society member all four years of her high school career.

Personal: Mackenzie is in the Physical Therapy program and the daughter of Sara and Richard Kennedy.
