High School: Rodriguez was a part of the Long Beach wrestling program for six years and received six varsity letters during his prep career...Was an All-Nassau County Champion as a sophomore, junior, and senior...Was the New York State Champion at 220-pound weight class as a senior...Was an Eastern State Champion at 195-pounds as a junior.

Personal: Elijah is the son of Jordana Linster and Miguel Rodriguez.
