ITHACA, N.Y. - The Ithaca College women's lacrosse team celebrated Senior Day in style on Saturday afternoon, racing past RPI 20-8 at Higgins Stadium, improving to 9-4 on the season and 6-3 in Liberty League play. Paving the way to the Bombers big win were senior attacker
Leigh Naturale and junior attacker
Kelly Augeri who both notched career days, factoring in on 15 of IC's season-high 20 goals in the victory.
Prior to the contest, the Bombers honored their five seniors (
Leigh Naturale,
Lily Cody,
Phoebe Hosford,

After an early marker by RPI's Beckett Houston to get the scoring underway, Naturale scored once and added two assists to help Ithaca out to a 4-1 lead. Although a short RPI run briefly leveled the score at 4-4 at the end of the first quarter, it was all Bombers from that point forward. Scoring runs of three goals and four goals sandwiched a second RPI tally from Beckett, lifting IC to an 11-5 lead at the halftime break.
Naturale finished the day with 11 points, notching a hat trick and adding eight assists. Augeri peppered the back of the net throughout, scoring six times and adding two helpers. Sophomore
