KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The Ithaca College women's soccer team received the United Soccer Coaches College Team Academic Award for the 2024-25 season, the organization announced Friday evening.
 
College Team Academic Award recipients register a composite grade point average of 3.0 or better on a 4.0 scale for all players on the roster for the 2024-25 academic year. A total of 721 soccer teams (296 men, 425 women) posted a team grade point average of 3.0 or higher, thereby earning the United Soccer Coaches Team Academic Award for the 2024-25 academic year.
 
The Bombers posted a 3.71 team GPA during the 2024-25 academic year. Ithaca will begin its 2025 season on Friday, August 29 when it hosts Elmira College at Butterfield Stadium at 7 p.m.
