ITHACA, N.Y. – Three members of the Ithaca College women's tennis team have been recognized on the 2025 Liberty League All-Conference teams, as announced Monday. Senior
Taylor Crain earned First Team honors in singles, sophomore
Alys Pop received Honorable Mention in singles, and the duo of Crain and
Sabrina Cheung was named to the Second Team in doubles.
Crain capped off her standout senior season with an 11–6 overall record at No. 1 singles, including a 5–3 mark in Liberty League play. She concludes her collegiate career with 58 singles victories, the third-most in program history. Crain was also a four-time All-Liberty League First Team selection.
Pop, competing at No. 2 singles, posted a 10–7 record this season. This marks her second consecutive year earning All-Conference recognition, following a Second Team selection in 2024.
In doubles, Crain and Cheung compiled a 7–5 overall record, going 5–2 in Liberty League matches. All seven of their wins came at the No. 1 doubles position, highlighting their strong chemistry and competitive edge.
The Bombers wrapped up the 2025 season with a 6–12 overall record and a 2–6 mark in Liberty League play. Their season concluded with a narrow 4–3 loss to RIT in the opening round of the Liberty League Championship tournament.
