RESULTS
EWING, N.J. – The Ithaca College men's track & field team traveled down to The College of New Jersey for a three-day meet that spanned Thursday to Saturday.
Ithaca posted five first place finishes over the weekend, to go along with five other top five showings.
Luke Ellor secured the top spot in the shot put with a heave of 15.19 meters and was fourth in the discus at 41.80 meters.
Matt Lokshin won the decathlon with 5566 points as he placed first in two of the 10 events – 110-meter hurdles and the javelin.
Kaiden Chandler was the top runner in the 5K in a time of 16:02, while
Robert George won the pole vault at 4.15 meters.
Asa Crosdale was another first place performer in the unseeded 100-meter dash in a time of 11.36 seconds.
Evan Cherry took second in the long jump at 6.52 meters, while
Connor McGeehan was third in the 5K at 16:19.
Charlie Billard placed fourth in the 100 dash at 11.89 seconds and
Aidan Irwin and
Rhys Tickner tied for fifth in the high jump with a clearance of 1.64 meters.
Ithaca heads to Moravian next Saturday, April 18 for the Coach P Invitational.
