SAINT PETER, Minn. – The Ithaca College gymnastics team concluded its 2025 season at the NCGA Championships hosted by Gustavus Adolphus on Saturday as six gymnasts competed as individuals and were paired with Cortland throughout the meet.
IC crowned one All-American on Saturday as
Grace Murray placed fourth on floor by matching her career-best performance of 9.850. Murray was in first overall through three rotations, was bumped to second after the fourth rotation as a gymnast from RIC scored 9.875 and to fourth after a pair of Wisconsin-LaCrosse gymnasts scored 9.900 and 9.875.
Murray adds her third career All-America honor to her resume as she placed third during her first year with the program, was a WCGA Second Team All-American last season and is now the 102 all-time All-American in program history. She also competed on vault and finished in a tie for 24th with a score of 9.600.
Mya John also performed exceptionally well on Saturday as she was in action on bars and tied for 12th with a score of 9.625.
Emily Kobusky turned in one of her best showings of the season on beam with 9.725, which was good for a tie for 17th. Beam was extremely competitive as there were six gymnasts who shared the national title with 9.850.
Corey Foster also competed on floor and posted a solid performance of 9.750 to finish in a tie for 29th.
Natalie Steed tied for 35th on vault with a score of 9.500 and
Lauren Babineaux was in action on bars and received 8.700.
