Men's Tennis Singles Performer of the Week – Ivan Kisic

Ivan Kisic put up a valiant effort as he picked up a three-set win on Saturday over his opponent from Trinity University (TX) as part of the ITA Cup. He would defeat Kishan Kersten by set scores of 6-1, 2-6, 6-2. Overall, Kisic went 1-2 as he qualified for the ITA Cup after his runner-up finish at the ITA Northeast Regional Championships.

Women's Swimming & Diving – Swimmer of the Week – Sydney Koehler

As part of the Bombers season-opening dual wins over Scranton (218-82) and Hartwick (248-52), Sydney Koehler had an impressive meet collecting a pair of individual victories along with a second-place result. She would finish second in the 200-yard IM and would best the field in the 100-yard breaststroke with a recorded time of 1:07.86 and again touched the wall first in the 200-yard breaststroke finishing in 2:31.51. The sophomore also contributed to Ithaca's meet opening 200-yard medley relay winning team time of 1:49.25.

Men's Swimming & Diving – Swimmer of the Week – Ryan Cooke

Ryan Cooke tallied a pair of individual wins in the Bombers season-opening meet wins over Scranton and Hartwick. Cooke won the 200-yard freestyle with a time of 1:45.63, which was nearly two seconds faster than Scranton's Jake Brunetti. He would then win the 500-yard freestyle by over seven seconds finishing at 4:53.20. He also contributed to the Bombers 200-yard freestyle relay winning team.

Volleyball Performer of the Week – Naomi Clauhs

Naomi Clauhs delivered a standout performance this week, totaling 43 kills while hitting at an impressive .316 clip. She averaged 4.30 kills per set across three matches, beginning her weekend with 14 kills and a block in a four-set battle against Stevens. Clauhs followed that up with 19 kills—just one shy of her season high—in a hard-fought match at Cortland, and capped the weekend by connecting on 10 of 26 swings in a sweep over St. Lawrence.

HONOR ROLL

Competing in the prestigious Head of the Charles Regatta has been held since 1965, the Ithaca Varsity 8+ on Sunday finished 18th out of 37 total boats. The Bombers lineup consisted of Carys Owen, Emmeline Robinson, Claire Edwards, Melanie Heim, Anna Capodilupo, Julia DiCostanzo, Kai Lincke, Samantha Gallagher and was coxed by Smeena Gill. They raced out of bow No. 14 and finished with a time of 18:12.623 as Tufts won for the third-straight year at 16:49.117.

Senior Kian Long won both the 1-meter and 3-meter diving events. He began his afternoon putting together a dominant display on the 3-meter to run away with a finals score of 304.70. Long would then win on the 1-meter boards by 90 points with his performance of 281.95 over Scranton's Tim Hause.

First year standout Addison Leadbetter continued her consistent play with eight kills in each of Ithaca's victories over Stevens, Cortland, and St. Lawrence. She added three blocks and four digs in the win against the Ducks. In the Liberty League sweep of St. Lawrence, Leadbetter connected on eight of her 16 swings and contributed three more blocks, bringing her season total to 50.
