Box Score ITHACA, N.Y. – The Ithaca College men's tennis team had its first home match of the 2023-24 season on Sunday as the Bombers hosted Hamilton College in a dual inside the Glazer Arena in the Athletics & Events Center on campus. The Bombers came out on the short end of a 6-3 result to the Continentals, but IC did win two of the three doubles matchups.

At No. 2 doubles, the tandem of Siddharth Vaada and Eric Dubilirer were able to upend Coby Feldman and Tarun Korwar by an 8-5 score. The Bombers team of Jacob Wachs and Ean Lantzy were also successful in the third doubles slot as they bested Gianni Esposito and Nicolas Gritz, 8-5.

The lone Bombers win came in exciting fashion as Siddharth Vaada was able to take down Coby Feldman in extras doing so 5-7, 7-5 and 6-1. Carlos Hernandez also had a competitive matchup in the No. 3 singles slot he battled Anson Anderson, but dropped a 6-4, 4-6, 1-6 result.

Next up, Ithaca College will embark on their Spring Break trip where they will compete in five matches down in Orlando, Florida at the USTA National Campus and will first take on Franklin and Marshall College on Monday, March 11 at 10 a.m.
