ITHACA, N.Y. – Six member of the Ithaca College women's soccer team were named to the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Team, the organization announced on November 19. From the Academic All‐District honorees, members of CSC will select First and Second Team Academic All‐America Teams, which are scheduled to be announced on December 11. Ithaca's

Rosie Bostian earned the CSC Academic All-District Team honor excelling both on the pitch and in the classroom.
To be eligible for CCS Academic All-District honors, a student-athlete must have at least a 3.50 cumulative GPA, be a sophomore or above and a starter or significant reserve. The complete CSC Academic All-District Team can be found

The leading point and goal scorer for the Bombers in the 2024 season,
Sarah Sinnott netted 11 goals which was good for 22 points. The graduate student is set to earn her MBA from Ithaca in Sport Psychology with a 3.9 GPA. With her career as a Bomber coming to a close, she has totaled 15 goals and two assists across 38 matches played, all starts with a total of 2,642 minutes.
Grace Hickey started all 21 games in goal for the Bombers and recorded a 0.48 goals against average, which was the best within the Liberty League and ranks 19
th within NCAA Division III. The senior also recorded 13 shutouts on the season, which is the eighth most in program history and also topped the Liberty League and ranked tied for second within Division III. Across her four-year career, Hickey recorded 134 saves, 25 career shutouts and had a career 0.63 goals-against average. She has maintained a 3.68 GPA and will graduate from Ithaca with her degree in Health Sciences.
Both
Reese Ruegamer and
Ali Amari helped lead the Bombers defensive backline that held opponents to a Liberty League low 10 goals (0.48 per game). They helped the team to 15 combined shutouts along with helping claim the teams first Liberty League regular season title. Ruegamer produced her second career assist in the 3-0 win over RPI on Nov. 2 as the junior has maintained a 3.84 GPA while majoring in Clinical Health Studies.
Ali Amari, also a junior has a 3.83 GPA while working her way towards her bachelor's degree in Business Administration and was also a Liberty League Second Team selection after starting in all 21 games.
Graduate student
Ally Stanton earns her second-straight CSC Academic All-District distinction after putting together a career-best season. Stanton was a First Team All-Liberty League selection totaled seven goals and assisted on three for 17 points, which ranked second on the team. She netted five game-winning goals and will earn her bachelor's degree in Psychology while maintaining a 3.89 GPA.
Fellow graduate student
Rosie Bostian also became a two-time CSC Academic All-District selection. Bostian started all 21 games on the season and helped lead the offensive charge scoring six goals and assisting three. She finishes her five-year IC career with 5,313 minutes on the pitch where she netted 21 career goals and had nine assists. She's maintained a 3.68 GPA while working her way towards her degree in Environmental Sciences.
Ithaca College went 14-3-4 overall and won the Liberty League Championship, defeating William Smith in penalty kicks (3-2).
