ITHACA, N.Y. – The Women's Collegiate Gymnastics Association released its academic awards for the 2022-23 season on August 15 and Ithaca College obtained the fourth-highest grade point average (3.79) out of 84 collegiate institutions that finished the academic year. Additionally, 18 student-athletes earned academic honors for earning over a 3.50 or higher, and four Bombers posted perfect 4.0 GPAs.

Ithaca also finished in the top five for the first time in program history. Brown University, Texas Woman's University and the University of Minnesota finished ahead of the Bombers.
