ITHACA, N.Y. - The Ithaca College women's soccer team drew a 0-0 tie in a Liberty League battle against the Vassar Brewers on Saturday afternoon. This conference match up now leaves their record in the Liberty League at 5-1-1 and with an overall season record of 9-2-2.
 
While the Bombers offense was unable to get on the scoreboard, they led in total shots with 13 compared to the Brewer's 12. Ithaca also drew six corner kicks compared to Vassar's one. Ithaca had a few dangerous opportunities off the corners especially in the second half but were unable to convert in front of the net.
 
Ithaca's defense stepped up under the lead of junior goalie, Grace Hickey, who recorded a season-high of six saves in the net.
 
Ithaca's next contest will be a Liberty League matchup against RIT, taking place on Tuesday, October 24 at 3:30pm at Carp Wood Field.
