MADISON, N.J. – The Ithaca College men's tennis team wrapped up its fall season on Sunday at the 2023 ITA Northeast Regional that was hosted by Drew University. The Bombers had impressive performances all weekend long by a pair of first years.

Looking to advance into the Round of 16 was Gijs Fidler within the singles main draw, but he ended up falling to RPI's Andy Zhu by an 8-2 score.

Fidler and fellow newcomer Emiliano Pedrero teamed up together in doubles and after winning their first matchup together on Friday, they unfortunately were defeated by Eugune Lee and Jay Wong from Vassar College. The pair of Brewers defeated the IC duo by a score of 8-5.

The Bombers duo did best the twosome of Persin and Linares from Hobart in the match before as it was a close one throughout before Fidler and Emiliano Pedrero prevailed winning 8-7 (5).

Ithaca College will return to action on Saturday, February 10 as they will begin its spring dual match schedule beginning with an away matchup against Drew University.
