ITHACA, N.Y. – The Ithaca College men's track & field team returned to indoor action on Saturday at Cornell's Greg Page Relays after nearly two years removed from a true indoor season. IC did compete in one indoor meet in 2020-21, but that led into the outdoor campaign. Prior to that meet, the Bombers last competition was on March 6-7, 2020.
There was no scoring in the multi-divisional meet as nine different colleges or universities competed in the Greg Page Relays, along with numerous unattached entries.
Luke Tobia highlighted the meet with a first place finish in the weight throw with a top mark of 17.26 meters (56 feet, 7.5 inches).
Aaron Davis was a runner-up in the long jump with a mark of 6.73 meters (22' 1"), while
Daniel Monchek took third at 6.48 meters (21' 3.25"). Monchek also competed in the 60-meter hurdles and posted a time of 8.56 seconds in the prelims.
