BROCKPORT, N.Y. – The Ithaca College men's soccer team battled to a 0-0 draw against Brockport on Sunday afternoon, in overtime.
Both the Bombers and the Golden Eagles are now 3-1-1 on the season.

Kyle Dezotell was glad to see his Bombers' squad play tough against Brockport after having beaten Elmira yesterday.
"This was a very productive weekend for our group," said Dezotell. "Getting a result on the road against a quality side just 24 hours after our victory yesterday took a lot of hard work and mental toughness."
Max Lichtenstein came up big for the Bombers, finishing with nine saves, seven of which were in the first half.
Brockport's Jason Hayes got off the first shot of the game in the first minute which went wide, before Lichtenstein stopped a Justin Mercer shot in the third minute.
The Golden Eagles continued to test Lichtenstein, but he was up for the challenge. In the 12
th minute, he stopped a Russell Hines shot before denying Mercer again in the 14
th minute.
He also made saves on Quintin Volpe shots in the 20
th and 30
th minutes, as well as a Noah Mohamed shot in the 25
th minute and a Cameron Beale shot in the 32
nd minute.
"SUNY Brockport hadn't played since midweek and certainly looked much fresher in the 20 minutes," said Dezotell. "But
Max Lichtenstein kept us in the game as we expect him to with his quality."
The Bombers were not without their shots in the first half.
Jack Ochs registered a shot in the 18
th minute but it sailed high.
Ben Quatresols sent a header in at the 39:41 mark but Brockport's goalie Joseph Romano was there to make the save.
After the halftime break, freshman
Luke Karen came out and recorded two shots in the first five minutes. A header went wide of the goal before the next shot was too high. Ochs also got his foot on the ball, sending a shot over the goal.
In the 69
th minute, Zack Lichtmann's shot was saved by Romano, who finished with three saves on the day.
Brockport attempted its first shot of the second half in the 71
st minute of play, the Mercer's shot sailed high.
Lichtenstein made another save for the Bombres on a Dylan Serfis shot in the 79
th minute of play.
In the final eight minutes of regulation play, a Karen shot went too high while Romano saved an
Eric Hepler shot and Nate Schoen's shot was blocked.
Brockport's AJ Sinclair opened up the first overtime period with a header that went wide, before a Wilson Wong shot was blocked.
Ithaca's lone shot of the first overtime was in the 97
th minute of play, when Ochs shot went wide.
Lichtenstein registered a shot in the 98
th minute, stopping Serfis' attempt.
Neither team recorded any shots in the final 10 minute overtime.
"We played very well and the game could have gone either way," said Dezotell. "We will get back to work tomorrow and make certain that we are prepared for Hamilton at home under the lights on Wednesday.
The Bombers are back in action on Wednesday evening against Hamilton. The game is set for a 7 p.m. start and will be played on Higgins Field.
