Box Score UNION, N.J. – The No. 10 Ithaca College women's soccer team (2-0) defeated Stockton (0-2) Saturday afternoon, dropping the Osprey by a score of 2-1 at Kean Alumni Stadium. Sophomore

King scored the first goal of the contest at the 7:28 mark of the first half, giving her a goal in back-to-back games to open the season. King's two-game goal streak marks the second time in her career that she has scored in back-to-back contests.
Baranowsky added to the lead in the 71st minute, marking the first goal of her collegiate career. Fellow freshman
Jess Demczar assisted on the second score, marking her first-career point as a Bomber.
Stockton finally snuck one past Coppolecchia in the 83rd minute, cutting the Ithaca lead to 2-1 with just over six minutes to play. The Bombers were able to hold the Osprey scoreless for the remainder of the contest, giving Ithaca the victory.
Ithaca returns for the first home game of the season on Sept. 7 with a 1 p.m. contest against Emory at Carp Wood Field.
