Ithaca has benefited from a balanced offense this season, as 11 players have set new career highs in points this season.
Senior forward Elyse Green (Shawnee/Medford, N.J.) leads Ithaca with eight goals and four assists for 20 points. Junior forward Annie Onzik (Bisop O'Reilly/Shavertown, Pa.) is second with seven goals and 18 points. Katherine Brown (Akron/Akron), a sophomore forward, leads Ithaca with seven assists. Sophomore back Mia Muzio (Rockport/Rockport, Mass.) has four defensive saves to lead the Bombers in that category, and senior captain Marisa Frank (Bow/Bow, N.H.) has three defensive saves and also scored a goal this year.
Junior goalkeeper Courtney Dowell (Massapequa/Massapequa) is the Empire 8 Goalie of the Week after earning the win and not allowing a goal in Ithaca's 5-0 playoff-clinching win at Elmira. Dowell has a 1.83 goals-against average and .746 save percentage on the season, with a 6-3 record and one shutout.
This is the fourth all-time meeting between Ithaca and Stevens, and the Ducks hold a 2-1 lead in the series, including a 3-0 victory earlier this season in Hoboken.
