ITHACA, N.Y. – The Bombers lost to Stevens Institute of Technology 3-1 (30-24, 26-30, 30-24, 30-28) to close out pool play at the Bomber Invitational. Junior Amanda Hubbard (Horseheads/Horseheads) contributed a career-high 50 digs for Ithaca.

 

Junior Jenna Yehl (Horseheads/Horseheads) registered a team-high 44 assists and 15 digs. Classmate Katie Hause (St. Mary’s/Colorado Springs, Colo.) led the Bombers with 20 kills and added 23 digs. Hubbard added 17 kills.

 

Ithaca plays Saturday against Brockport at 11 a.m. and will close out the tournament against Widener at 3 p.m.
