Brown, the Empire 8 Men's Indoor Track & Field Athlete of the Week, broke the school record in the pole vault at the Army Open with an ECAC qualifying height of 4.40 meters (14-5 1/4), which placed him second overall. The previous record had stood for nearly 10 years.
