CORTLAND, N.Y. – The Ithaca College women's cross country team placed third out of six teams Saturday at the Cortland Jack Daniels Invitational.

Sophomore Rachelle Sartori led the Bombers on the four-kilometer course with a 10th-place finish of 15:43.80.

Graduate student Megan Schenk followed in 24th with a 16:21.20 finish. Junior Mary Claire Hartford, freshman Gaia Bouchard-Hall and sophomore Rachel Doane ran 34th, 36th and 38th. Hartford clocked in at 17:06.30, Bouchard-Hall tallied a time of 17:07.70 and Doane finished in 17:14.40.

Rounding out the Bombers top seven were sophomore Colleen Vaughn and freshman Emma Boyd. The pair finished back-to-back in 40th and 41st places with finishes of 17:17.00 and 17:19.50.

The Bombers return to the course on Saturday, Sept. 28 at the Roberts Wesleyan Invitational.
