2013: Sartori competed in six races as a sophomore. She clocked season-best times of 15:43.80 in the 4,000-meter run, 18:52.80 in the 5,000 and 23:37.20 in the 6,000. Ithaca’s Empire 8 Women’s Cross Country Sportswoman of the Year selection, Sartori placed 13th at the conference championship to tally second-team honors and was 21st at the NYSCTC Championship earning her third-team recognition. Sartori was named to the Empire 8 Presidents’ List for Fall 2013.
2012: Sartori competed in a trio of races during her freshman season. She tallied season-best times of 15:58.90 in the 4,000-meter run, 20:31.10 in the 5,000 and 24:55.00 in the 6,000. Sartori was named to the Empire 8 Presidents’ List for Fall 2012 and Spring 2013.
High School: A 2012 graduate of Joliet Catholic Academy, Sartori was a member of the cross country and outdoor track & field teams. She was a two-year captain of her cross country team earning all-conference recognition four times. Sartori was a two-time state qualifier and was named team MVP. In track & field, she served as a captain for three years. She was a two-time state qualifier and earned all-state honors.
Personal: An exercise science major, she is the daughter of Mark and Nancy Sartori. She is also a member of Ithaca's track & field team.
