High School: A 2017 graduate of Menlo School, Varma started four years at attack and midfield. She earned WBAL Foothill Division Honorable Mention, Second-Team All-League, First-Team All-League and Attacker of the Year in four seasons at Menlo School. Varma also earned two National Tournament NorCal Team One accolades while serving as the senior caption and team MVP at attack.

Personal: A sports media major, she is the daughter of Pete and Jennifer Varma.
