Biography

High School: A 2011 graduate of Washingtonville High School, Hartford lettered three seasons on the track & field team, earning the rookie of the year award in 2009 and the Triple D award for dedication, determination and desire as a senior and received the scholar athlete award. She was also a member of the cross country, lacrosse and soccer teams.

Personal: A physical therapy major, she is the daughter of John and Nancy Hartford. Her sister, Rachael, is a 2013 graduate of Ithaca College. She is also a member of Ithaca's cross country team.
