Biography
2010-11: Allen competed in three events during the indoor season of her freshman year. She clocked season-best times of 2:33.59 in the 800-meter run, 5:40.05 in the one mile run and 11:43.07 in the 3,000 run.
High School: A 2010 graduate of Middletown High School, Allen was coached by Lindsay Hammer. She was named MVP of the track & field team as a senior, while also serving as captain for the cross country team for three years and was named the Middies’ MVP four times.
Personal: A physical therapy major, she is the daughter of Doug and Amy Allen. She is also a senior captain on Ithaca's cross country team.
