Biography

2010-11: During her sophomore season, Edwards finished runner-up in the 1,600-meter relay at the Empire 8 Indoor Championships and earned All-NYSCTC accolades in the indoor 1,600 relay and outdoor javelin. She had indoor season-best performances of 29.68 in the 200 dash, 48.02 in the 300, 1:06.69 in the 400, 1:26.13 in the 500 and 4:14.77 in the 1,600 relay, while outdoors tallying season-bests of 30.16 in the 200, 1:05.82 in the 400, 1:12.12 in the 400 hurdles and 28.20 meters in the javelin.

2009-10: Edwards was a member of Ithaca’s women’s basketball team.

High School: A 2009 graduate of St. Joseph by the Sea, Edwards was a four-year member of the basketball team.

Personal: A television-radio major, she is the daughter of Anthony and Donna Edwards.
