2010-11: Middleton earned All-NYSCTC accolades during her junior season in the indoor weight throw and outdoor hammer throw. She recorded season-best indoor marks of 11.63 meters in the shot and 13.83 meters in the weight, while outdoors tallying season-best marks of 11.31 meters in the shot, 30.90 meters in the discus and 44.50 meters in the hammer.

2009-10: During the indoor season of her junior year, Middleton recorded season-best performances in the shot put and weight throw of 9.92 and 10.96 meters, respectively. Come outdoor season, she competed in all four throwing events. An All-NYSCTC honoree in the hammer throw, Middleton tallied season-best marks of 9.51 meters in the shot, 23.89 meters in the javelin, 34.11 meters in the discus and 41.34 meters in the hammer.

2008-09: As a freshman, Middleton competed four times during the indoor season in both the shot put and weight throw. She recorded season-bests of 10.07 meters in the shot and 9.20 meters in the weight at the Empire 8 Indoor Championships. During the outdoor season she competed in all four throwing events and tallied season-best marks of 9.81 meters in the shot, 24.45 meters in the javelin, 26.03 meters in the discus and 32.83 meters in the hammer.

High School: A 2008 graduate of Pinkerton Academy, Middleton was coached by Anne Bienvenue. She earned three varsity letters and was a team captain as a senior. Her team twice won the New Hampshire State Championship.

Personal: A physical therapy major, she is the daughter of James and Corinna Middleton.
