Biography
2009-10: Dunphy competed twice during the indoor season of her sophomore year. She ran the 3,000-meter run in 12:48.83 on Dec. 5 at the Cornell Relays and finished in 6:18.30 on Feb. 20 at the Deneault Invitational hosted by Cornell. Dunphy thrice competed in the 1,500 run outdoors. She recorded a season-best 5:39.73 performance at the Empire 8 Championships.
2008-09: Dunphy placed 11th in the 1,500-meter dash at the outdoor Empire 8 Championships and 14th in the mile run at the indoor conference meet.
High School: A 2008 graduate of St. Joseph by the Sea, Dunphy lettered in both track & field and cross country. She served as the distance captain during her senior year and was the recipient of the Luke M. Parlatore and the Staten Island Athletic Club Scholarships.
Personal: A history major, she is the daughter of Timothy and Denise Dunphy. Dunphy is also a member of the cross country team.
