2010-11: Orlando was the Empire 8 indoor pole vault champion and was runner-up in the event during the outdoor season. She also earned All-NYSCTC accolades in the pole vault during both seasons. Orlando cleared season-best heights of 3.22 meters indoors and 3.25 meters outdoor.

2009-10: During the indoor season of her sophomore year, Orlando cleared 3.35 meters in the pole vault at the Empire 8 and NYSCTC Indoor Championships to earn a trip to the ECAC Championships. She was the runner-up at the conference meet and also placed second at the state meet to earn All-NYSCTC honors. Also an ECAC qualifier during the outdoor season, Orlando won the Empire 8 title and placed second at the state meet to earn All-NYSCTC accolades. She recorded a season-best vault of 3.45 meters on April 25 at the Cornell Big Red Invitational.

2008-09: Orlando set the school record in the pole vault during the outdoor season, clearing 3.40 meters at Icahn Stadium on Randall’s Island. She was a two-time all-state performer in the event, placing second (3.15 meters) at the outdoor NYSCTC Championships and fourth (3.10 meters indoors). Orlando also placed third in the Empire 8 during the spring with a vault of 2.95 meters.

High School: A 2008 graduate of Haverford High School, Orlando earned eight varsity letters in track & field. She served as a team captain as senior, and was named to the all-district team in each of her four years.

Personal: A physical therapy major, she is the daughter of John and Cathy Orlando.
