2010-11: Evans helped the Bombers to an Empire 8 championship in the outdoor 400-meter relay and earned a pair of All-NYSCTC honors as a junior. She tallied all-state finishes in the indoor pentathlon and outdoor high jump. Indoors she had season-best performances of 8.16 in the 55 dash, 8.51 in the 60, 2:53.72 in the 800, 10.16 in the 55 hurdles, 10.61 in the 60 hurdles, 1.50 meters in the high jump, 5.03 meters in the long jump, 10.20 meters in the triple jump, 7.96 meters in the shot put and 2,546 points in the pentathlon, while outdoors she had season-bests of 13.59 in the 100, 27.95 in the 200, 17.73 in the 100 hurdles, 49.19 in the 400 relay, 1.43 meters in the high, 5.02 meters in the long, 10.23 meters in the triple and 17.87 meters in the javelin.

2009-10: During the indoor season of her sophomore year, Evans competed in eight different events including scoring 2,228 points in the pentathlon. Evans tallied indoor season-bests of 10.01 and 10.98 seconds in the 55- and 60-meter hurdles, respectively, 2:59.44 in the 800-meter run, 7.14 meters in the shot put, 1.37 meters in the high jump, 4.73 meters in the long jump and twice recorded 10.01-meter performances in the triple jump. Outdoors, Evans competed in six events: two sprints, two relays and two jumps. She tallied season-best performances of 13.24 in the 100, 28.18 in the 200, 5.01 meters in the long jump and 10.28 meters in the triple, while helping Ithaca to finishes of 48.98 in the 4x100 and 1:48.53 in the 4x200.

2008-09: Evans was a three-time all-state performer during the spring. She was a member of the 400-meter relay team that placed second in the NYSCTC at 49.51, and also placed seventh in the heptathlon (3,131 points) and eighth in the triple jump (10.29 meters). At the outdoor Empire 8 Championships, Evans was a member of the runner-up 400-meter relay team and placed third in the triple jump at 10.32 meters. Indoors, Evans was fourth in the Empire 8 in the triple jump and fifth in the long jump.

High School: Evans is a 2008 graduate of Penncrest High School.

Personal: A Spanish major with a management minor, she is the daughter of Lisa Sachs.
